Drag real industrial robots, grippers, welding torches and safety fencing into a 3D cell. See reach, payload and cycle time, then get a budget and payback.
Frequently asked questions
How do I build a robot cell online?
Choose a robot, add its end-of-arm tool and accessories, give it a job and choose safety (fence or open cobot cell). Each choice appears in the 3D cell, which then runs and reports cycle time, parts per hour, budget and payback.
Does the cell builder check if a gripper suits the robot?
Yes. It warns when the tool and accessories are too heavy for the robot's payload, when a torch or spindle is put on a SCARA, delta or 4-axis palletizer, when a cobot gripper is put on a large robot, and when a tool is made for another robot brand.
Can I add a job that is not in the list?
Yes. Type the job in your own words; it is matched to robot tasks with the tool, payload, stations and typical cycle time, and built in 3D.
